2.         I am enclosing the Registration Types for the Spring Meeting of the Section of International Law of American Bar Association from 25th April till 29th April 2017 in Washington.
The leadership of SIL - ABA has already chalked out the programme for our delegation for Washington and New York visit. In order to give opportunity to the members of the delegation to participate in the Spring Meeting (in addition to the exclusive programme for the delegation) the ABA leadership has offered special Cooperating Entity Rates for SILF members which are much lower than the registration fee even for ABA members and non members.
Your attention is invited to the first part of the enclosed Registration Types wherein for SILF members a Special Rate of US $ 1095 has been fixed for the full conference if registration is done by 28th February 2017.
For those who do not wish to attend the full conference a Per Day Rate of US $ 450 has been fixed and the days are Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The Day Rates include Receptions that evening.
I may make it clear that it is optional for delegation members whether to register for the Spring Meeting or not. I would however recommend that in view of highly constructive and informative discussions in the Working Sessions as also excellent opportunities of networking with the top US lawyers including In House Counsel of multinational companies it would be very useful and fruitful for the delegates to register for the full conference or for any particular day or days of their choice (limited to Wednesday, Thursday or Friday).
Please confirm your participation as a member of the delegation with or without registration for the Spring Meeting.
Warm Regards
